Our Triceratops head here being worked on by Jim Darrow. The head was constructed with a plywood frame, which then was covered with MANY layers of Great Stuff expanding foam. This once hardened is carved down. After all that we start to heat and shrink the skin/vinyl material to the constructed frame giving our creations a tough and durable skin fit for all weather conditions.
